If you like the smell of chocolate this is the mulch for you! Cocoa shell mulch is derived from the shell of the cocoa bean. It is dark brown in color and very light weight. It is a very good conditioner for your soil. It should be applied much thinner than most mulches.
- A 1" depth is recommended
- Covers approximately 12 sq. ft. at 2" thick
- If you have a dog that likes to eat mulch, you should stay away from this type of mulch
- It should not be used in shady areas where the mulch can not dry out
