Our Cashiers provide fast, friendly and accurate Guest checkouts at the registers! As a Cashier, you have the opportunity to give Guests the best quality service that they expect from Menards®.
Commercial Contractor Sales representatives have a comprehensive knowledge of all products sold at Menards® and work closely with industrial, commercial and professional guests.
As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will utilize your abilities to develop strong professional relationships with a variety of people and build an array of competencies needed to experience continued success. Additionally, you will ensure that Menards® continues to be an exciting place to work and will be a part of a top-notch Team. Menards® is truly dedicated to sales and service through exceptional treatment of our guests in the shopping experience. The friendly sales team answers guest questions and completes extensive training in each specialized area. Sales positions are available in a variety of departments, including Building Materials, Hardware, Electrical, Millwork, Cabinets & Appliances, Wallcoverings, Plumbing and Floorcoverings.
Team Members in Shipping/Receiving work hard to receive freight and help guests pick up orders.
Stocking Team Members work a morning schedule to place freight on the shelves for our guests. The schedule is flexible and can be worked three to five days each week.
