Medical, Life & Disability Insurance & Dental Plan
We have a dental plan and three different medical plans for Team Members to choose from based on their individual or family's needs.
Weekend Bonus Pay
For every hour worked on Saturday and Sunday, Team Members earn an additional $2.50 per hour.
Management Bonuses
Managers qualify to earn bonuses on a weekly, as well as an annual basis.
Paid Holidays
After 12 months of continuous full-time service, Team Members earn six paid holidays throughout the year.
Paid Vacations
Paid vacations are awarded to full-time Team Members based on length of service and hours worked.
After 12 months of employment, Team Members can begin to defer up to 50% of their earnings into a 401(K) Plan, not to exceed the IRS cap.
Store Discount
All Team Members receive a 10% discount at any Menards location throughout the Midwest.
Holiday Bonuses
Team Members will receive gifts on various holidays throughout the year, as well as on their birthday! Every December, Team Members will receive a holiday bonus in the form of a Merchandise Credit Check to use in the stores as well.
