- Kit includes aluminum master frame, double-pane insulated glass panels and wings, aluminum foam-core roof, center ridge beam, screens, lockset, weather stripping, fasteners for assembly, caulking and installation manual. Building codes vary by location please check local permit requirements. Gutters & downspouts are purchased separately (shown).
- Manufactured to be built on an existing structure as it contains only 3 complete sides and full roof.
- 3" extruded aluminum frame provides structural integrity for your sunroom.
- Tempered double-pane insulated glass with Low-E and argon gas improves cooling efficiency and blocks UV rays better than ordinary glass.
- 3" insulated aluminum foam-core roof includes structural I-beams and thermal barriers to provide superior strength and energy-efficiency.
- 3/12-pitch gable roof slopes downward in two parts at an angle from a center ridge with glass wings at gable end.
- 2-lite sliding door panels included on each of 3 walls for a total of 6 sliding door panels and 6 stationary panels.
