Product Description

Strong and moderately hard, cherry was considered the wood of choice for many of the finest early American furniture pieces and interior panels, because it could be polished to a deep, glowing red. As a floor, cherry tends to darken as it ages, ultimately maturing to a rich, burnished auburn color. The wood grain tends to have a fine, frequently wavy, uniform texture.
