The Intermediate FreezeAlarm also allows the user to call into their monitored home and check the current temperature, power status and even the voltage of the back-up battery. Model comes with an external temp sensor and 110 VAC power adapter. One 9V alkaline or lithium battery required (not included). Fahrenheit and Celsius operation. The Intermediate FreezeAlarm will call up to three telephone numbers if one of the three alarm conditions exist:
- If the temperature drops below (or optionally above) a user selected temperature alarm setpoint.
- If power goes out for specified amount of time. User defined power out timer avoids calls due to short power failures.
- If the back-up 9V battery gets low and requires replacing.
