12" black classic hanging basket features a series of pointed arches overlaps between two metal rings that create a frame for the basket. This basket includes a long chain to hang from a bracket/hook or place the basket on a flat surface for a standing planter. The coco liner keeps soil or other planting materials safe and helps keep the soil aerated, the powder-coated finish prevents the basket from rust.
