14" black hanging basket with coco liner and chain, includes 17" l chain, small black finials adorn the sides of the basket and flanked by outward facing scrolls, horizontal metal rods run behind and above the finial shapes. The coco liner keeps soil or other planting materials safe and helps keep the soil aerated, the powder-coated finish prevents the basket from rust.
