- "Periscope" design allows roof flashing to adjust vertically with vent pipe expansion and contraction.
- Nut and bolt ring clamp seals around top of the vent pipe.
- Watertight, leakproof seal.
- Does not require removing the old vent or shingles for installation.
- No rubber gaskets to fail and allow water penetration.
- Flange sleeve securely fastened to base with watertight bead or soldered seam.
- Raised nail bosses for easy installation.
